• Q: CAN I PRACTICE ON MY OWN?

  You should train on your own, before practicing with a partner.

  70% of the training has been developed to train and practice on your own (all the fitness, conditioning , freestyle and dexterity drills). Also many combat techniques can be practiced alone and are explained and shown on our videos (you have just to follow along).

   

  Training on your own is highly recommended before practicing with a partner, in order to have the time to learn the techniques and reinforce your body, before applying the combat techniques.

• Q: IS FITSWORD TRAINING SUITABLE ALSO FOR WOMEN?

  Yes, FITSWORD training is perfectly suitable for everybody. You just jave to properly select which model is better suited for you (and the selection is mainly about the weight that you can handle). In general for a Woman, we suggest the White FITSWORD (1,5 kg - 3.3 lbs)  and the BOFFER Pro (1,2 to 1,7 kg - 2.7 to 3.8 lbs). If you are strong and you can handle more, we recommend you the MODULAR model (1,2 to 2,5 kg - 2.7 to 6 lbs), as you can improve your strength in a progressive way.

• Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

  A: We ship worldwide, working with a full-scale logistics and distribution company to make the international deliveries as effective as possible. The Shipping service does not deliver to P.O.Boxes, so provide please an alternative valide address (family or friends).

• Q: IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

  A: Shipping is added to your order, as you enter your address on the check-out process. You have to select your Country, and the system will calculate the shipping cost in function of size and weight of your order.

   

  We ship from Italy, as G-Force and FITSWORD are Made in Italy.

• Q: WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?

  EUROPE: As we manufacture and ship directly from Europe, goods are able to be freely exported within the EU without any additional local duties (so there will be no additional charges).

   

  REST OF THE WORLD: even though you have paid for the shipping, you might incur in additional fees for duties and customs (levied by the customs office in your country). We have no responsibility and control over those issues, as each country manage their customs as they please.
